LAX Land Access Modernization Program (LAMP)

Development and management of BIM system for design, data sharing and team collaboration on infrastructure projects. Managing information exchanges between the owner, design consultants and subcontractors. Managing the BIM/CADD design team including design staff and external consultants. Creating and developing 3D models of all facilities components, coordination of design models, development of integrated 3D models and visual simulations.

Construction for the $5.5 billion LAMP, which includes an Automated People Mover train system, Consolidated Rent-A-Car facility, Intermodal Transportation Facilities and roadway improvements, got underway in 2019.
